Q. How can I check my order online?

A: Use the form above. Enter your ORDER number (you will see this on the printable web page that shows a copy of your order, just after you have placed it online, and in your confirmation email), and enter the first 5 digits of the ZIP Code used for your billing address. (Order status should be available within 1 business days of the purchase date.)

Q. I didn't get a confirmation by email?

A. Unfortunately the number one reason people do not get that email is because they accidently miss-type in a wrong email address. The second reason is because they use a mailbox which is either full, or no longer in use. Typically, 1 out of 10 of those emails bounces back to us. If you printed the page after you ordered, the email essentially says the same thing.

Q. I didn't see a tracking number when I checked on my order?

A. Not all shipments will have a tracking number. If an order is dropshipped to you from one of our vendors wharehouses, they may not send us the tracking number right away. UPS, FEDEX Ground normally deliver in 7 to 10 working days. You can also get an idea of when a shipment will arrive from UPS without a tracking number, by using ZIP CODES. CLICK HERE for that page on their site. If you do not recieve your order within 10 working days, please Contact Us, and we trace your shipment.

Q. When I checked the status of my order online, it said it could not be proccessed. What Can I do?

A. There is a problem with your order or your credit card. Please Contact Us.
